I found this post somewhere. It’s titled: “Chocolate Cake In 5 Minutes!“. Of course, I just needed to try this immediately. So I did.
All you need is cake flour, sugar, cocoa, an egg, milk and some oil (which I replaced with butter). Put it all in a mug. And microwave it for 3 minutes!
Bad idea. It didn’t really turn out as expected. I must have done something wrong. :) The result was that almost everything poured out in the microwave. All that was left was a wet, smooshy substance. I took a few bites of it, but it wasn’t that tasty, even though it kinda looked okay.
I will try again later!
